LED Dance Floors – 5 things to know before you hire
Booths4You first introduced an LED Dance Floor to our range in late 2016, since then we have purchased a further 3 floors from the same suppliers in Loughborough (Grumpy Joe). Why is this important? Having three 20ft x 20ft White Dance Floors allows us to build lots of different sized floors meaning we can fill any space big or small with an amazing sparkling LED Dance Floor for that all important First Dance or just to dance the night away with your friends and family.
Since the purchase of that first floor we have had more than 300 floor hires, there are not many venues across the central belt of Scotland that we have not laid a floor at, we like to think we are very experienced at it!

1. Floors to fit the room size
An LED Dance Floor can be square or rectangle; fitting the space left in the room for the usual dancing area (carpet) or to cover the permanent wooden dance floor. For the latter, please note that all LED Floors are even numbers, I.e. 16ft x 16ft, 20ft x 20ft & 24ft x 26ft. This means that on most occasions the wooden dance floor underneath will not be able to be fully covered, but we will cover as much as we can.
2. Fitted in the morning of the event or at the wedding turnaround
Building the Floor takes 20 to 40 minutes depending on the size. It’s easier to get the floor fitted in the morning, however, a good supplier will fit the floor during the wedding turnaround (when your guests leave the room between the meal and evening reception) if that fits with your venue and your plans better. Booths4You offers this for all bookings at no extra charge, we will speak to both the venue and you to come up with the best time around your day or event.
3. Wedding Aisle
An LED Dance Floor can also make an amazing Wedding Aisle, imagine walking down the aisle with either the twinkling or static lights under foot as you walk the most important 30ft of your life! The length is unlimited, with the width usually 4-6ft. We can even provide a ’T’ shape at the bottom so that the main bridal party are standing on it for the all important vows.
We offer fantastic packages for an LED Wedding Aisle and Dance Floor combo, this would involve fitting the Wedding Aisle in the morning, then taking it away straight after the ceremony and putting the Dance Floor down during the turnaround.
4. Brides prefer A White LED Dance Floor 
Most brides prefer a White LED Dance Floor for that finishing touch to their venue, adding a vinyl sticker with your new married names and the date is a lovely touch and a fantastic picture opportunity, both for the first dance and for the cutting of the cake.
5. Hire prices start from £350

Our standard payment terms are £100 immediately to secure the date, followed by two further payments 3 months and 1 month before the event.
